Hai is a skilled accountant with expertise in financial accounting. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Finance from Foreign Trade University HCMC, where he was an active member of the class basketball team and securities club, graduating with strong grades and winning 4th place at the Stock Challenge 2015. Hai also achieved a distinction grade in agriculture, economices and nature studies issued by the University of Western Australia. Hai furthered his education by obtaining the CPA Australia designation from December 2022.

With over five years of experience at TMF Group, Hai has served in various roles, including Senior Accountant and Tax Accountant for prominent clients like Werner Vietnam Limited, GEA Vietnam, and Danfoss Vietnam. His responsibilities have encompassed preparing and submitting tax declarations, conducting tax payments, assisting with audits, and providing support on tax-related issues. Hai also has experience as an Associate at HSK Vietnam Audit Company Limited, where he performed audit procedures and outsourcing services.
