Ministry of Public Security (MPS) calls for comments on various documents guiding the newly-issued Law on Data as follows:
1. Draft Decree providing detailed regulations on a number of articles and measures to implement the Data Law
- Chapter I: General provisions
- Chapter II: Data processing activities (detailing criteria for identifying critical data/ core data; Data storage activities; Data access and retrieval; Cross-border data transfer and processing; etc).
- Chapter III: Data governance, management, and protection
- Chapter IV: National Data Center; National Integrated Database
- Chapter V: Implementation provisions
2. Draft Decree providing regulations on scientific, technological and innovative activities and data products and services
- Chapter I: General provisions
- Chapter II: Scientific, technological, and innovation activities in data development, management, protection, processing, and utilization
- Chapter III: Data intermediary products and services
