For the past 25 years, Kelly Koch has served in executive, program and finance positions in INGOs and small businesses across Asia and Europe.  She has held National Director roles in Vietnam, Bangladesh and The Philippines with Habitat for Humanity International, a leading housing international non-profit focused on ensuring access to decent and affordable housing.  She has also supported Habitat’s Asia Pacific regional work as Associate Director, Regional Programs and Europe/Central Asia’s work as Director, Finance and Administration.   

In 2023 Kelly joined KOTO, Vietnam’s 1st registered social enterprise, as its Managing Director.  It is a perfect position that allows her to follow her passion in supporting international development organizations to build high performing teams and operate with excellence in order to fully deliver on their mission, goals & objectives and to maximize the impact of their programs for the individuals and communities they serve. This opportunity also allows her to further contribute to a country that she considers home after establishing residence here for the past 11 years.

In addition to her international development experience, she has founded and managed small businesses in Poland and Hungary.  

She earned a Master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird, School of Global Management in Arizona and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sociology from Texas A&M University. 

Kelly is single and is the proud aunt to six nieces.
