Stakeholder Workshop - Post-COVID-19 Australia-Vietnam Supply Chain Collaboration Platform

Within the framework of the Australia-ASEAN Council's COVID-19 Special Grant Program in 2020 funded by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the research project "Post-COVID-19 Australia-Vietnam Web-Based Supply Chain Collaboration Platform” is being conducted by RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia with the support of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Hochiminh City branch (VCCI-HCM) to analyse the impact of COVID-19 on the supply chains of Vietnamese enterprises which have business activities with Australia. After researching to identify critical supply chain weaknesses, as well as analysis and stakeholder consultation, a prototype of the web-based platform for supply chain collaboration to facilitate the exchange of information and knowledge between Australian and Vietnamese enterprises in key commodities has now been built.
