Ministry of Investment and Planning (MPI) and Ministry of Finance (MOF) update and call for comments on Draft Guidelines on various key Laws

The VBF has received Official Letter No. 4277/TCHQ-GSQL, dated 6 September 2024, from the General Department of Vietnam Customs (GDC), inviting comments on the Draft Decree amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree 08/2015/ND-CP, which provides specific provisions and guidance on enforcement of the Customs Law on customs procedures, examination, supervision and control procedures
