Hanoi, 28 May, 2025 - AusCham joins VBF Seminar on Draft Decree Replacing Decree 152 on Work Permits for Foreign Workers

The Vietnam Business Forum (VBF) is extending an invitation to AusCham members to participate in its 13 specialized Working Groups. These groups serve as platforms for policy dialogue and advocacy, aiming to enhance Vietnam's business environment and promote sustainable economic growth.

AusCham just received official request from Ministry of Finance (MOF) regarding the amendment to Law on Investment (LOI) and Decree 31/2021/ND-CP. This initiative aims to further refine Vietnam’s investment legal framework in alignment with the Politburo’s Resolution 68 on private sector development and Resolution 66 on legislative reform to support economic development in new era.
