Managing the financial due diligence, budgets, funding streams and governance oversight of the chamber.
Advocacy
Representing member issues to the Vietnam and Australian governments through the VCCI/VABC, VBF, DFAT and Austrade.
Community
Overseeing events and activities which connect the chamber to the broader community; this committee has other sub-committees e.g. Young Business Leaders (YBL), CSR and Signature Events.
AusHub
Advisory and oversight of the AusCham and DFAT initiative AusHub (Australian Industry Hub) working towards new and bilateral trade and investment opportunities inline with the EEES (Enhanced Economic Engagement Strategy).
Membership and Communication
Engaging with Corporate Sponsors and Member through accurate and responsible communications that send a strategic and meaningful message.
